Can I add a plus one or a date?

We respectfully ask that you only RSVP for yourself and those individuals who are named in your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Summer formal. Feel free to go for bright colour(s)! 🎉

​​Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and the dinner reception will be indoors. Weather-dependent, cocktail hour will take place at Minami’s outdoor patio.

Is there a wedding registry?

Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for!

However, if you’d like to make a contribution to our honeymoon fund (Japan 2024 🇯🇵), there will be a box at Minami.

What happens at a Catholic wedding ceremony?

Since we’re an interfaith couple, the ceremony will not include a full Catholic mass. There will be organ music, select readings from the Bible, a homily from our priest, and the Nuptial Blessing.

What is the food and beverage situation at Minami?

Minami serves contemporary Japanese cuisine. But don’t worry if you don’t like sushi or seafood — there will be lots of other options available. There will be an open bar.

Will Kingsley be at the wedding?

Unfortunately, Matas has vetoed Kinglsey for the day of. 😿 Kingsley will be there via grumpy pictures.
